No add on folder??

i have no add on folder?? where do i install Census to?? i want to help update this site, i'm on the frostmane server...

I take that to mean you have not used any other AddOns. You will need to create a couple of folders. You need to create a tree like this:

/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns

And then place CensusPlus in here so it looks like:

/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/CensusPlus
