lol i assume you ask why i have a paid allaz acct?
old school EQ.
Paid acct meant you could go and search for a hat that clicks invis wearable by clerics that drops anywhere in any zone.
unpaid meant that you could search each zone individually for... a hat and then look at each hat and see what its clickie did.
now it means that i can download the patch directly from allaz at 200kb/sec instead of at 3kb/sec from the patcher-ma-jigger. i havent found any other wow related benefits other than the download but imo its worth it especially if you have BT/firewall issues, and multiple boxes to update.
