I'm going to put a positive spin on the outage.
and assume that Rollie was working on the server.... but I could be wrong.

After beging down all weekend and monday too, I happy that we're atleast up and running again...
Doing census mainly on Draenor; Raluf - Nimsay - Lusmo - Quixx - Sosyan - Garthog - Trubin - Zalistra - Zesmi and Djaang

Well the weekend outage has again started a round of E reports for uploads. The system is so busy getting the Database back into compliance that the concurrently processing uploads are timing out. If things go as normal.. this will settle out sometime later today.

Or maybe not.. looks like the uploads made it past the time out.. and finished processing anyway. Wonder if Rollie expanded the allowable time for processing? If he did the good news is most E reports will stop showing up, the bad news a real problem upload will hang the processing queue longer before it gets rejected.

Deja Vu.. Weekend & Monday again..

Is there a pattern here?

Only that Rollie didn't know it was down, I think. I mailed him at the end of the weekend and got a reply that he's travelling for work and would reboot the server when he had a chance - which has clearly happened now! :)
