As of WoW 5.4 this site is having issues with handling Guild info.

Guild data is being incorrectly stored where on a connected realm a character from one member realm joins a Guild based on another member realm.

Guild roster info will not show the character and going from the character display you will be directed to the same guild name but on the characters realm.

Mostly this will show as a new guild with limited membership but it also can show as incorrect membership in a different guild of the same name.

CensusPlus v6.1.0 added the guild realm data to the upload file
CensusPlus v6.1.0f .. makes a change in EU guild realm data by prepending the EU- identifier as used on EU realm names.

At this time I don't know how or even if this change will show up on the site.

Metalbeast will need to do a mass database update for the EU region for the guildrealm and add the EU- to the field.. or post process out the EU- modifier and use other means to correctly handle the problem noted above.
