Removed some time entry duplicates

I have gone through and removed a bunch of suspected duplicates from the time entries as well as put a mechanism in place for detecting dupes in the future. You may notice that it really helped to smooth out some of the spikes on the overall graph.

Good, I know I indvertantly caused a couple on Mannoroth, as I was having problems with savedvariables.lua not updating for some random reason. (hasn't resurfaced again just yet)
