yep right on the front of the site. its for high pop realms to transfer to.

Mug'thol is the new transfer realm for a bunch of servers, the ones that already had transfers are wary though, too many had to reroll back after earlier transfers when they discovered the target realm to be sorely lacking in aspects of the game they enjoyed.
