New forum theme

I'd say that we can update this theme to look much nicer. New CSS color scheme, and new buttons and I'd say that would be enough.

Also, phpBB3 beta1 is out, and they will have an upgrade from phpBB2 to phpBB3 in the later betas, so I suggest we upgrade as soon as possible.

I am hesitant to upgrade to a beta version. I'll wait for it to become stable first.

As for a makeover, I definately agree, hehe

This could defiantly use a new theme. If you made a couple and let users choose it would be pretty convienant as well.
