Looks like another piece of incorrect data got in there again in the wee small hours (4am).
Bleeding Hollow - Player Activity data has an error
Yes, I finally got up early enough to fill in the 5 and 6 am time slots and the 4 am one is just wrong, population had dropped to below 1000 at 3 am that night before I went to bed and there is no way the 4 am data is correct. Most likely one of the 3 am entries is a bit off too, the question is why we get this, my personal theory is time being wrong in instances, is there a way for us to see the time in game and check this?

There are unfortunately 2 problems here.
First off, I was using a modified GetTime function that calculated offsets if people have them set in Cosmos. Secondly, I witnessed first hand the other night that Blizzard is still having problems with consistent Server times which is highly unfortunate as there is absolutely nothing I can do about this.
The first problem has been resolved in a newer version (available in the Euro version thread, the US version is the 4150 one).
The second problem can also be remedied *IF* I have enough data. I can throw out any entries that are outside a set standard deviation. But when I only have very few (or even 1) of a time slot, then there isn't much I have to go by.
