anyone know what is the newest us pvp server? And does anyone know when one is going to be released?

I'm afraid I don't recall the names of the 5-6 servers added in the latest batch. There has been no information released of any more servers being set up except the usual about adding servers as needed.
At this point I'm not sure there will be more servers, from what I see on the activity graphs the number of concurrent users appear to be down in general. There is also the fact that the latest change to the infrastructure that they did actually did help server stability, it is possible that they are looking into more similar solutions which will take away the need for new servers.
The addition of PvP (or rather a PvP scoring system) and things like school being out for a longer period may change the number of concurrent players enough to force new servers but for right now don't expect new servers in a hurry.
Btw, even though concurrent players doesn't grow Blizzard may still get more subscribers, quite a few people keep active accounts for a while before returing to the game or abandoning it completely.
