This is Bleeding Hollow but it wouldn't surprise me if it's true across the servers (except the ones that already had lower caps)
Right now (6:20 PM EST monday) there is a 100+ queue and there are just over 1500 people logged on the alliance side. To me it looks like the server caps have ben lowered across the board to 3000 from 3500, can anyone doing census on Horde side confirm?
