Hi Rollie,
your AddOn prunes all data for chars not seen in 30 days.
But on the website, I can see all chars, that ever were in a specific guild. If these chars do not change the guild, they always are shown on the guild roster of the guild, they were last seen.
What is with chars, that get deleted? Or chars form accounts, that were closed? They stay there all the time...
Is there a way to clean up a guild?

Guild Overview - Chars not seen for month
The best way to "clean up" a guild is for a member of that guild to run a census. The mod can look at the roster itself to determine who the guild members are. If there are no guild members taking a census, then people will only be removed from the guild on this site if they are caught online during a census. (ie. "Seen" outside the guild.)
As for open accounts, there is no way to tell that an account was closed, but the same rule above will apply to inactive characters that are removed from a guild.
