Lf a "balanced" server

Hello guys of all realms, I'm looking for a balanced server where the battlegrounds are quite equal 50/50, 40/60, you know, and where Wg also isn't constantly owned by one faction. My battlegroup now is pretty good "Cyclone" but the realm is totally empty on alliance, we own wg 99% of the time and I rarely see them other guys, barely no world pvp at all
If it's favour to the alliance side it's not a big deal but I'd want it to be at least some challenge in wg/wpvp and so on, not totally owned by one faction. And that there are plently of people on the realm but not as much to cause major laggs all evening.

I'm intrested in Alliance since I'm going to faction change my warrior to try the game on the other side.
I want a server with high population, balanced in pvp no favour to horde/alliance and a lot of action
If you can gimme some tip at a server that might be to my liking when it comes to aliance side I would be very happy
