What level?

On the main 10-60 counter at the bottom of the main census display, is it possible to have a marker every 5, or even every 10 levels instead of just for 10, 20, 40, and 60? That, and/or have the title tag of the image (bar) display what level you are hovering on, in addition to the number of characters that level (already displays the number).
