V6.2.0_WoD6.1 uploaded to Curse

After a bit of slogging to gain access to World of Warcraft (and the curse.com data)

I ran current code against WoW 6.1 and all worked fine with the out of data checkbox...

But for those who prefer to not have the checkbox enabled.. the new version is processing through curse.

Only the TOC version and the CensusPlus main window title data was changed.

I also took the liberty of modifying the TOC on the copy of ImprovedOptionsFrame addon... I'll keep track and push another update if that addon actually gets updated.
