I run WoW on dial-up. It runs well, and I have green latency everywhere but Org. The connection speed is somewhere between 30-40k, do you think I can run the mod? Not entirely sure if it constantly updates or sommat, so I need to find out before I download it.

I honestly wouldn't think it would be a problem. This shouldn't add any additional latentcy as far as your network goes.
